How to proceed if we wish to order in bulk?

• Choose your product and take a screenshot.
• Send us through whatsapp.
• Ask for a quotation.

How to ask for a quotation?

• Picture of product
• Quantity 
• Any specific changes in design chosen (e.g colour, deco, etc)
• Due date
• Please let us know if you will need it with any specific packaging or not.

If yes, send attached a model of packaging that suits your interest.

Please take note of the following:

• Bulk orders start from 25+ pieces in the same model/design.
• Price will vary upon your needs and requirements chosen.
• We do not accept any changes after everything has been duly confirmed with payments, unless an error in typing has been observed for text to be included in the product, if any.
• We will need a minimum of 5 weeks to complete the order, it will also depend on your quantity, we may even take more time.
• Ordering with us, you can rest assured about the quality we provide.

Payment Instruction:

1. Read all the attached product details before placing your order.
2. Limit your words according to word limits stated, it varies according to the chosen product.
3. Unsure about something, feel free to message us on whatsapp to clear your doubt.
4. Include your Order Number as reference, on the “description” section when completing your Juice/Bank Transfers.
5. Make sure the payment amount matches the Cart Total.
6. Send us a proof of payment for Juice/Bank Transfers via WhatsApp on +230 5809 5395.
7. Payment is mandatory to successfully confirm your order.

Kindly note: If any reference was taken from any of my previous artwork, it is impossible to re-create/replicate an exact same resin product. Slight changes shall always be expected in terms of colour, design etc. Each product comes with its original touch as it is a handmade craft.

Delivery option available:

1. Free pickup at Pamplemousses – at my place (during weekends only), location will be sent to you, inform 1 day in advance before coming.
2. Normal postage fee Rs85 (will receive in up to 3 weeks after order has been posted) 
3. Express postage fee Rs120 ( received within 3 to 4 working days after order has been posted)
   Note: Postage fee will be reviewed if your order weighs more than 1 kg.
4. Home delivery against a fee and it will vary according to your location.
